2ndSemester Exam Schedule (10th - 11th Grade)

***Breakfast/Lunch will be served each day.

Unless otherwise announced by the teacher, exams will be administered in every class. If a performance, project, etc. counts as a class’ exam, teachers will communicate this with students.
Students must take exams during assigned times, unless a request for Principal Pre-Approval for absence(s) is received/approved before 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14. Once approval is received, it is the student’s responsibility to coordinate with his or her teacher an alternate testing time during exam week. Pre-Approval requests will not be granted if a student has missed ten or more parent excused/unexcused/principal pre-approved absences. If a student misses an exam due to illness, emergency, etc. or a request for absence principal pre-approval is not received prior to 3:00 p.m. on 5/14, makeup exams must be coordinated through VHHS Administration.
Students are permitted to leave campus following completion of each day’s exam(s), but parents/guardians MUST submit a VHHS 2nd Semester Exam Early Checkout Form no later than Friday, 5/16 at 8:00 a.m. Otherwise, standard checkout procedures will apply.

Unless otherwise announced by the teacher, exams will be administered in every class. If a performance, project, etc. counts as a class’ exam, teachers will communicate this with students.
Students are permitted to leave campus following completion of each day’s exam(s), but parents/guardians MUST submit a VHHS 2nd Semester Exam Early Checkout Form no later than Tuesday, 5/6 at 8:00 a.m. Otherwise, standard checkout procedures will apply.
Seniors in mixed grade level classes will take their final exams in the library during their designated exam period.

Seniors who have AP exams during another exam period, should discuss with their teacher, another exam period or time to make-up that exam.
